Yes, but STON.fi support will never ask for your seed phrase, private keys, or direct transfers of tokens. Official support is available through the Help Center and verified Telegram groups. Scammers often pose as “support agents” in private messages — ignore and block them. If someone asks for sensitive information, it’s 100% a scam. Only trust announcements and links from the official website and verified channels.
