For some reason i can't withdraw liquidity from 2 pairs STORM/TON and NOT/TON i have TON in wallet to cover fees

Import your OKX Web3 wallet secret phrase into the Tonkeeper wallet.
Then, disconnect your OKX wallet from the STON.fi DEX dApp and reconnect it using the Tonkeeper wallet.
And try it again.

This issue is on the side of the OKX Web3 Wallet and Ton Connect.
